In Ultime, Philippe Nigro has
designed a bed which is very
welcoming in appearance and
instantly evocative of great comfort.
Viewed in profile, as welcoming as it
may be, the slender line of the
headboard, suspended above the
floor, is no less remarkably light and
dynamic thanks to its spindle shape,
like a flame arching towards the
heavens.
The Ultime bed successfully achieves
the feat of being generous, soft,
welcoming and very comfortable,
whilst giving an extreme impression of
lightness : like going to sleep on a
cloud each night !

CONSTRUCTION
Structure in tubular steel and panels
of multiply. Carcase clad
polyurethane foam 50 kg/m3 – 3.9
kPa clad in 110 g/m2 quilting. Legs in
tubular steel ? 4 cm finished in satin
black lacquer, H 10 or 15 cm.
COMFORT
Headboard in steel tubing and steel
mesh clad in polyurethane foam 26
kg/m3 – 1.55 kPa and 110 g/m2
polyester quilting. Horizontal stitching.
The bed frame accepts all types of
sleep platform.
MAKING-UP
Overstitched cover, 3 mm bourrelet
stitch. Covers may be removed by a
professional.
COVERING MATERIALS
All covering materials are possible –
fabrics, microfibres, leathers.
A bedspread is also available: this
may be ordered to match the
covering material used for the bed
frame, or in a different covering
material.
